Launch Bulk SMS Campaign

  1. Navigate to Contacts

  2. Filter Contacts and use checkboxes to select (or select all)

  3. Click Send SMS button (speaking chat box icon)

  4. Click Ok, proceed

  5. Select From Phone Number

  6. Fill message body (message snippet, text, custom values, etc)

  7. Select Drip Mode

  8. Fill Drip settings (batch size, days, etc)

  9. Click Send SMS

Create SMS Template

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Snippets

  2. Click Add Snippet > Add Text Snippet

  3. Fill Snippet details (name, message, etc)

  4. Click Save

View or Edit SMS Campaign

  1. Navigate to Contacts > Smart Lists > Bulk Actions

  2. View status of campaign

  3. Use 3-dot action menu to edit, pause, or cancel

Launch Bulk SMS Workflow

  1. Navigate to Automation

  2. Click Create Workflow > Create From Scratch

  3. Add Form Submitted Trigger

  4. Add Send SMS Action

  5. Click Publish

  6. Click Save
