Getting Started - Setup Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads

Connect your Facebook and Instagram channels to manage lead generation ads. Capture high-quality leads directly from social media.

Setup Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Ad Manager

  2. Click Activate Ads Manager

  3. Click Connect Facebook

  4. Select Facebook Page

  5. Click Get Started

  6. Click Create Campaign

  7. Fill Campaign details (Step 1)

    1. Select Lead Generation

    2. Create a Lead Form by clicking Create Facebook Form

    3. Fill Form details (type, greeting, mapping, etc)

    4. Click Create Form

    5. Fill more Ad details (primary text, media, etc)

    6. Click Next

  8. Fill Budget and Audience details (Step 2)

    1. Set budget

    2. Set audience

    3. Click Next

  9. Review (Step 3) and click Publish > Publish Ad Now

Publish An Existing Ad

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Ad Manager.

  2. Click the 3-dot action menu to the right of the ad.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. On Step 3 Review and Publish, click Publish.
