Welcome to My Org Catalyst. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and 360quantumsolutions LLC, doing business as My Org Catalyst (“My Org Catalyst,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website myorgcatalyst.com, our applications, and any related services (the “Platform” or “Services”).

By accessing or using the Platform in any way (including browsing, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. You also agree that we may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use after updates means you accept the updated version.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full power and authority to enter into these Terms to use the Services.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for creating and securing your account credentials.

You agree not to share your login information with others.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, My Org Catalyst grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform;

Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer rights to third parties;

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;

Use the Platform in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload (“User Content”).

You grant My Org Catalyst a license to use, host, store, and transmit your User Content as needed to provide the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring you have rights and permissions to upload and use it.

6. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

Fees for paid Services are clearly listed on the Platform or during purchase.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees until cancellation.

Pricing and available Services may change with notice.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Send spam or unsolicited communications;

Upload harmful, illegal, infringing, or defamatory content;

Violate any applicable data protection, marketing, or messaging laws;

Interfere with any feature of the Platform.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors, email/SMS providers, or analytics tools). Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies. Integration does not imply endorsement by My Org Catalyst.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including trademarks, code, designs, and documentation, are owned by My Org Catalyst or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse any portion of the intellectual property.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or cause harm to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform immediately end.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. My Org Catalyst does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Services will be error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Org Catalyst and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Org Catalyst from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
